Little Me and Little Min are two avid moomin fans.  

After many years of listening to their mummies reading Tove Jansson’s magical stories, falling asleep to the delightful Hugh Laurie narrating Finn Family Moomintroll, and even watching the Danish version of the television series, these 10 year old fans have decided to celebrate all that is moomin here at moominologi!

In sharing their drawings and stories, inspired by the original books, Me and Min hope to attract more readers and fans to the Finnish forest world of beauty, imagination and adventure created by Jansson.

    Congratulations on a wonderful blog and captivating writing. I tried leaving a comment a while ago but was kicked off when I hit the submit comment button.

    I have a favour to ask … would you mind if I create a link on our year 6 class wiki to your blog? I would also love your permission to use your story as part of our cooperative reading groups. If you are happy with that I have one more favour. If the students want to ask you some of their questions that may arise during their group discussion would you be happy to respond. Looking forward to hearing from you.

    After reading your blog sometime ago I ordered my very own Moomin book and it arrived today. That is what prompted me to get my act together and try again to let you know how inspirational you are. Thank you … I off to bed now with my ‘Complete Trove Jansson Comic Strip … wahoo. :-)
